Calling all foodies and wine lovers! Celebrate  the beginning of spring with the upcoming authentic Argentiera Wine Dinner on Long Beach’s iconic Italian rooftop at Michael’s on Naples, 

On Thursday, March 28th at 6 PM, Michael’s will host guests in an elevated, upscale wine-tasting experience in collaboration with Argentiera Bolgheri, the Italian region most revered for the “Super Tuscan” blend in Castagneto Carducci Western Italy. Argentine winemaker Nicoló Carrara is thrilled to host and guide guests through each color and flavor evolution as it is carefully paired with Chef Eric Samaniego’s menu.At this exclusive tasting, you will have the privilege to try a number of varietals alongside a thoughtfully crafted 5-course dinner created by Executive Chef Eric Samaniego to honor the vintages to be uncorked. 

Courses such as Fegatini di Pollo e Funghi, a flavorful roasted chicken liver dish with trumpet mushrooms, veal demi-glace, and cured egg yolk, Anatra with roasted Liberty Farms duck breast, black lentils, heirloom carrots, and a sweet finale of Bombolino, an Italian classic of fried dough filled with strawberry purée and vanilla bean custard, have been tastefully made to pair with the notes of the wine pairings.
