Catholic Charities Diocese of Palm Beach Annual Interfaith

We are excited to announce that our Annual Interfaith Health and Wellness Awards Luncheon will be held this year during the celebration of Nurses Week. The date has been set for May 7, 2024, at The National Croquet Center in West Palm Beach from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We ask that you join our Chairpersons, Mary Ierardi, and Margaret Donnelley, as a supporter of this landmark event that honors Nurses and the Champions of our vital outreach program that serves local people and communities in need.

The event will support Catholic Charities Interfaith Health and Wellness Program which has provided the network, support, and education for the Faith Community Nurses for the past 20 years.

This local outreach program is committed to a healthy community and our Faith Community Nurses serve local congregations and underserved communities by promoting care of the body, mind, and spirit.

These registered nurses volunteer acting as liaisons, advocates, and educators as they lead on-going health education classes, health ministries and promote healthy communities to those in need of health assistance with dignity.
