Top Chef Katsuji Tanabe brings his energy, passion and inventive flavor combinations to Bittersweet's afternoon tea service. The beloved and dynamic alumni of Bravo's Top Chef Seasons 12 and 14, Chef Katsuji makes his triumphant return to Chicago in collaboration with Bittersweet for a one-of-a-kind tea experience. Featuring an intimate journey of exquisite and unexpected bites and your choice of the finest Rare Tea Cellars selection. Add on Chef Katsuji's imaginative cocktail pairings or unlimited bubbly. The menu for afternoon tea will include: - Calabash Fried Oysters with Old Bay Aioli - Baked Clams Casino with Mezcal - Shrimp Tostada with Atomic Horseradish - Calabrian Chile Cured Salmon Sandwich - Spicy Tuna Sandwich Sandwich - Lemongrass Shrimp Lumpia There are three seatings for Afternoon Tea on Sunday, April 21st -- 11am, 1:30pm, and 4pm.
