Slice of Summer Watermelon Fest

Event will be held August 3, 2024 from 11am-5pm. The event is rain or shine and free admission.

 

We are looking for vendors and food trucks. If you have watermelon themed products you will be a perfect fit for this event. Vendors spaces are 10x10 for $30 and an item donated to the raffle. Raffle proceeds will be used to help take care of the animals daily needs at the farm. This is an outdoor event vendors must supply their own tent, tables, etc. You MUST have something to weigh down your tent. Food truck fee is $60, there's no electricity available so you must supply your own generator.

When contacting please include what type of products you sell. We try to eliminate having vendors with duplicate types of items. If possible please include photos of your products. We will send you an application for this event. We will never ask you for any forms of online payment to be a vendor. Please be aware of scammers!
