The Arizona REALTORS® Homebuyers Workshop

WHAT: The Arizona REALTORS® Homebuyers Workshop presented by the Arizona REALTORS® Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee in partnership with Chase, will equip prospective homebuyers with the essential knowledge required as they start preparing to buy a home.

The Homebuyers Workshop is free to attend, and will feature perspectives from REALTORS® and lenders, covering key elements of the homebuying process including up-front costs, how to determine your price range, the influence of your credit score on your loan, paperwork, the role of a REALTOR®, and more. The workshop will also offer networking opportunities for attendees and a QandA with the featured presenters.

The lineup of featured presenters includes REALTORS® Pablo Picasso, Butch Leiber, and Shauna Huisman, as well as Claudia Garcia, community home lending manager for Chase, and Jorge Gaona, community home lending advisor for Chase.
