Calaca Mamas Cantina Debuts in Downtown Anaheim - Grand Opening Festivities

The newest addition to Downtown Anaheim, Calaca Mamas Cantina will celebrate its Grand Opening over Memorial Day weekend, kicking off on Friday, May 27th at 4 p.m. The highly-anticipated Mexican eatery has planned three days of festivities for guests including live music from Mariachi bands, free commemorative photos, caricature artists, free swag, and more! Guests are sure to enjoy the restaurant’s breakfast, lunch and dinner options that feature Mexican favorites with a twist! Dishes such as the Taco In A Bag or the Under The Sea Duo are influenced by the sister’s own recipes that were passed down from generations. Mixologist TJ Majeske has crafted a menu of specialty cocktails like the refreshing Churro on Ice and the colorful Spirit Guide. For dessert, guests can enjoy a neighboring Disneyland favorite– the Homemade Churro served on a small tabletop cart! In addition to the festivities, the restaurant will be donating 15% of proceeds from the Grand Opening weekend to benefit CASA OC (The Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County). Calaca Mamas will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.
