There is no better way to celebrate the ones you love than with the gift of a special meal, and with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, nothing says “I Love You” more than a date night over delicious Mexican food! Calaca Mamas Cantina, the Day of the Dead-themed Mexican restaurant, is inviting guests in for its San Valentín Dinner For Two. Guests can relax on Calaca Mamas’ spacious outdoor patio, cozy up near the fire pit, and cheers to the ones they love as they indulge in this special menu offered between February 10th through February 15th! This special menu includes 2 cocktails, 1 appetizer, 2 entreés, 1 dessert, and 2 glasses of champagne!! The menu features the following dishes:

• Appetizers:
• Tuna Tostadas (smoke tuna, black beans, avocado mousse, pickled onions, dark chili powder tostadas
• Pastel de Elote (Yellow corn cake, creamy tomatillo, chipotle aioli, pico de gallo, avocado)
• Entreés: 
• My Lovely Filet Mignon (8oz peppercorn crusted filet, red chili mild mushroom creamy sauce, glaze baby rainbow carrots, sweet potato pure, Anaheim chili butter)
• Not What You Think Arroz Con Leche (organic creamy white risotto, fresh parmesan cheese,scallops, tamarindo chipotle glaze)
• Desserts: 

• Assorted Truffles (4 different housemade truffles white and dark cholota with a spicy sorpresa 

• Chocolate Sorpresa 

• Special Cocktails:

• Hearts on Fire (coconut-washed Don Julio Blanco, fresh lemon juice, organic raspberry, house made simple syrup; shaken with cage free egg white to frothy finish &garnished with a fire wheel)

• Bésame (Exotic Blanco tequila, organic agave and lime juice, Greenbar organic orange. Served with a beautiful Martin Ray Cabernet float)

• Churro on Ice (fig & vanilla house-infused Espolon Reposado Tequila, Featuring OCRW Liquor Partner 'Licor 43’, lime, and agave & garnished with a cinnamon sugar rim and dehydrated lime wheel)
