Learn to Meditate!

Learn to meditate using ancient and powerful techniques for coming into contact with your happiness, power, and awareness. We will sit in folding chairs during the class and meditation. Everyone is welcome and all classes are Free. The instructor has taught meditation for many years in Bakersfield at this location and is excited about teaching in-person classes again.
