Bakersfield Walk Like MADD and MADD Dash 5K

Our community sees at least 4,000 DUI arrests made each year. That's more than 11 DUI arrests per day! Sadly, many impaired drivers aren't stopped in time, and instead cause unimaginable harm to innocent lives in Kern County.

The 2022 Bakersfield Walk like MADD + Dash -- presented by Chain | Cohn | Clark -- is MADD's signature fundraising event to help raise both awareness and funds to eliminate drunk and drugged driving. All funds raised from this event stay in Kern County to help innocent victims of DUI crashes, help raise awareness of the DUI epidemic in our community, and helps fund MADD Kern County programs.
