Join us the second Tuesday of each month for a wonderful evening of meditating, reflecting, and relaxing. Penny has many years of experience in guided meditation and is excited to be your guide!
Each class is $15 with a max of 12 people. Part of the proceeds are used in support of our student scholarship!
Tuesday August 8th, 2023 6pm to 7:30pm
This Class:
- Guided Meditation 20-30 min.
- Shared Music Experience 10-20 min.
- Burning of California White Sage
- Lite Refreshments
Please Bring:
- Bottle of Water
- Pillow to Sit: (if you wish), we will have chairs.
- Small Instrument of Choice: example a Drum, Rattle, Flute, etc. (we have instruments to share as well)
