Guided Meditation & Music Experience: PENNY KACHUCK

Join us the second Tuesday of each month for a wonderful evening of meditating, reflecting, and relaxing. Penny has many years of experience in guided meditation and is excited to be your guide!

Each class is $15 with a max of 12 people. Part of the proceeds are used in support of our student scholarship!

Tuesday November 14th, 2023 6pm to 7:30pm

This Class:

• Guided Meditation 20-30 min.
• Shared Music Experience 10-20 min.
• Burning of California White Sage
• Lite Refreshments

Please Bring:

• Bottle of Water
• Pillow to Sit: (if you wish), we will have chairs.
• Small Instrument of Choice: example a Drum, Rattle, Flute, etc. (we have instruments to share as well)
