The Festival Singers of Orange County, led by Artistic Director Gary Toops with pianist Carol Roman, presents a concert that celebrates Christmas, Hanukkah and the Winter Solstice.

The program features such contemporary works as "Judah and His Macabees" by Karen Hart, "Glow" by Eric Whitacre, "Shepherd's Pipe Carol" by John Rutter, "Caroling, Caroling" and "Some Children See Him" by Alfred Burt, as well as exciting arrangements of traditional carols. It includes "O Holy Night" featuring soprano Grace Melody Juell, and "Silent Night" accompanied by Plazza String Quartet with an opportunity to sing along. Following the concert is a reception with festive desserts.

Grace Melody Juell is the recipient of the 2018 young artist award sponsored by The Festival Singers in the Lyric Opera of Orange County's High Note Competition. She attends Orange County School of the Arts where she is a member of the 11th grade Classical Voice Conservatory and performs in their elite professional group, Bel Canto Singers.
