STAND for KIDS Gala

Orthopaedic Institute for Children (OIC) presents STAND for KIDS gala, Sat, June 11, @ 7 pm 2022. Guests will be immersed in Marvel-esq comics and movie settings along Paramount Studio’s back streets.

Be a part of the night in recognizing the bravery and determination of Orthopaedic Institute for Children's Superhero Kids. The event will honor Jonnie Davis, president of ABC Signature Studios, who will receive the Champion for Children Award, along with the tremendous team at Disney for being heroes of OIC and children everywhere. Walk the red carpet.  Experience the magic and imagination of the surroundings, with Marvel-like surprise guests. Enjoy a classy, scrumptious New York-style themed dinner, followed by dancing, and "Marvel"lous entertainment with Master of Ceremonies Christopher Gorham.

Ezra Frech, OIC patient, Paralympian, motivational speaker, and disability rights advocate will be honored with OIC’s Trailblazer Award. He was born with congenital limb differences, missing his left knee and left shin bone, and with only one finger on his left hand.  He is a true representation of OIC’s mission, and a mentor and leader for other OIC patients. He competed and earned 5th place in High Jump & 8th place in Long Jump at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.

This will be A Night of Heroic Proportions.  Your donation will go directly to patient care to help OIC Super Hero Kids.
