CERT Training. You can be prepared. Starts July 12.

Specially trained LAFD Firefighters teach the classes. The classes are fun and useful. You gain skills that help your family and neighbors survive in an emergency such as fires or earthquakes.

At graduation, you will receive a certificate from LAFD that you have gone through the training. CERT graduates are then eligible to join the CERT Call Out Team. CERT Call Out assists firefighters while fighting fires, provides safety during community events, and provides fire surveillance among other activities.

You must register on Eventbrite to attend. Search for: CERT FS 59. We'd love to see you there. It is free and worth the time. We all need to be prepared.
