50th Mountain View Art & Wine Festival, A Festival Like No Other

Let's go! Inspiration is in the air, we're getting our mojo rolling and we're back at full scale on Castro Street!

The Mountain View Art & Wine Festival is "A Festival Like No Other" and this year marks our spectacular 50th Anniversary Celebration, September 10-11, 2022!

An authentic and moveable feast for the senses. The cool, vibrant, multicultural Castro Street vibe. It's Silicon Valley's World-Class Art, Music & Food Festival, voted Best Festival by Metro readership for more than a decade.

The festival is a spectacularly fun celebration of life with a top shelf lineup featuring 300 of America's finest artists and craftmakers showing exceptional handcrafted wares, stellar live music on stage and street throughout downtown, the Xfinity Pigskin Party Lounge with football and baseball on the giant screen TV, fabulously curated food and drink purveyors with premium wines, seasonal craft beer, and signature cocktails, artisan specialty food makers, sensational young performers strut their showstopping stuff on the Mountain View's Got Talent Facebook Community Stage, the Kidz Fab Funzone with action-packed fun and games, Cornhole tossing game area, an organic and green products showcase, health and wellness displays, home and garden exhibits plus awesome sponsor product samples and swag giveaways.

The fabulous entertainment lineup includes the rollicking Saturday evening Dance Party (4:45 to 7 p.m.) featuring powerhouse band The Houserockers plus a stellar bill with The Megatones, Livewire, Groove Ride, Santana Tribute band Sacred Fire, The Country Cougars, Knee Deep, Emerson & The Growiser Band, Bob Culbertson, Stephen Dreyfuss, Thuy Linh's Jazz is You!, and Ancient Winds plus whirling dervish meets street performer extraordinaire Bob at Large.

We've added some spectacular flourishes to celebrate the 50th anniversary including Urban Canvas USA's Italian Street Painting Block Party on California, EveryBodyCanPaint Inspiration Art Temple Collab and Dancepark DJ Jam and Pacific Art Car on Dana, plus a special Swag City tent with a selection of 50th anniversary branded merchandise.

Hours are 11am to 7pm (Saturday) and 10am to 6pm (Sunday). Festival admission is free.

Presented by the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.

Public Transit: Ride Caltrain, Ride Caltrain, VTA Light Rail or VTA Bus service to the festival (exit at the Mountain View Transit Center). For VTA information and schedule, visit http://www.vta.org. Caltrain, VTA Light Rail and bus service drops riders off at the Mountain View transit center, just steps from the primary festival entrance at Evelyn Avenue and Castro Street.

Ride Sharing: The festival's designated ride sharing drop-off/pick-up location in City Lot #12 at California and Bryant.

Bicycle Parking: Avoid the traffic congestion and ride your bike! Free centrally located and highly visible bicycle parking will be offered near the corner of Castro and Church Streets thanks to Friends of Stevens Creek Trail. Please bring your own lock. Pets are not allowed (exception for service dogs): For the safety, comfort, and courtesy of your pets and festival-goers, please leave your pets at home. Large crowds make it a very stressful and dangerous environment for pets.

September 10-11 from 11am to 7pm (Saturday) and 10am to 6pm (Sunday) on Castro Street from El Camino to Evelyn.

FESTIVAL GOERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ALCOHOL, CANS, BOTTLES, COOLERS, PETS, LAWN CHAIRS OR PERSONAL CONVEYANCES INTO THE EVENT.
