LARRY TAMBLYN OF THE STANDELLS
Best known for their hit "Dirty Water", the group was formed in 1962 by keyboardist and lead vocalist Larry Tamblyn and guitarist Tony Valentino.
Their first hit single on Tower Records "Dirty Water" reached #11 on the Billboard charts, #8 in Cashbox, and #1 in Record World. Other chart records include "Sometimes Good Guys Don't Wear White", "Why Pick On Me," and "Riot On Sunset Strip.", which is featured as the kick-off song in the Rhino Records boxed CD set Where the Action Is.
The group appeared in several movies, including "Get Yourself a College Girl", performing their first Liberty recording "The Shake" and "Riot on Sunset Strip", performing the films title song. The Standells also frequently appeared on television. The Standells guest starred as themselves in an episode of the The show The Munsters. They were also featured in an installment of The Bing Crosby Show, and as a nightclub band on an episode of Ben Casey. In addition to TV shows like Shindig, American Bandstand and Where the Action is. Dirty Water is listed in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as one of the 500 songs that shaped Rock and Roll.
CANNIBAL AND THE HEADHUNTERS
They are also in the show performing their hit songs including the 1966 hit, "Land of 1000 Dances" plus their other songs. Cannibal and the Headhunters were an American band from East Los Angeles. They were one of the first Mexican-American groups to have a national hit record, "Land of a Thousand Dances", recorded on the Rampart label. They were the opening act on The Beatles' second American tour, backed up by the King Curtis band. They played at the historic Shea Stadium concert from August 15 to August 30 during the 1965 tour that was headlined by The Beatles. The band thrilled audiences for sixty years and is still touring nationally and sharing the stage with many of the sixties and seventies national touring acts.

THE ORIGINAL STARFIRES came to life in 2018 as an All-STAR group drawing former members of national recording groups who have toured with countless nationally acclaimed superstars from the 1960's, 70's and 80's. Key performers include Laurie Beebe Lewis former lead vocalist with The Mamas and the Papas, The Buckinghams, on the Turtles "Happy Together Tour", Spanky and our Gang plus a duet recorded with Gary Puckett. Also, Eli Holland, Peter Baumann's former lead singer of the MTV video "Strangers in the Night". Eli is the lead vocalist on The Original Starfires newest album titled "Fly Me Away", and Cat Zeman, is a rotating drummer with The Petty Breakers, a nationally touring tribute group.
