This series shines the light on legal mysteries and participants learn how to better avoid legal challenges in business, as well as how and when to reach out for legal advice.

Speaker Bio

 Debra Scheufler is an expert business, estate planning, and trademark attorney who has been practicing in San Diego for over 20 years. She has negotiated deals in seven countries, she speaks regularly on a variety of business/legal topics, and she has published on negotiations, business strategies, and trademark law. She has taught undergraduate and masters level courses in business law, ethics, and negotiations. Prior to practicing law, Debra was a professional dancer, and then spent over fifteen years in the fitness industry. Debra is an engaging speaker and her Legal Mythbuster Series, Fierce Femininity, and negotiations workshops are favorites with audiences. She is a wildlife advocate and she is passionate about dance. She spends her spare time volunteering and providing pro bono legal work for animal related causes, and dancing with Fusion Movement Arts.
