By contrast, Rainn Wilson—the brilliant actor behind Dwight—might be worth lending an ear to. Wilson cofounded Soul Pancake, producing videos devoted to positive world change. Soul Pancake quickly expanded and was picked up by Participant, a global multimedia company pursuing the same goals.
