Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods invites shoppers to kick-off back-to-school season in style with its Back-to-School Bash on August 15 from 12 – 4PM, which also coincides with Connecticut’s Tax-Free Holiday week. Families can celebrate their scholars with an array of fun-filled activities all weekend long including a magician on the Tanger Stage, face painting, balloon artist, giveaways and more!
