Adams Morgan’s newest residential offering, The Silva, invites guests to explore its one-of-a-kind gallery, The Silva Gallery x Latela Curatorial, at a grand opening event for its first exhibition, Moments of Grace. On the evening of September 23, local artist, Anne Marchand, will take guests on an exploration in self-discovery and healing. Drawing inspiration from photographs of galaxies and nebulae seen through the Hubble telescope, Marchand’s paintings suggest a connection between deep space and inner space of the human body. Guests can enjoy light bites and beverages while viewing the art, which will be available for purchase.
Moments of Grace marks the first exhibition at The Silva Gallery x Latela Curatorial, which will curate works from local artists on a rotating basis in addition to the gallery’s permanent collection.
The Silva is a brand new, 172-unit apartment building complete with coveted amenities and sweeping views of the Capitol. During the grand opening event, guests will be able to take a peek at the building’s state-of-the-art design and in-unit features where residents are able to unwind just steps from the gallery.
