Breathwork and Sound Healing with Michelle Berlin

Participants will be activated through a series of breathwork techniques and movement to open the body and mind for sound relaxation & meditation. Michelle will bring organic sounds of the Gong Bowls chimes & Handpan to close the session for the ultimate sensory experience.
