The IBFM has created a space for the special presentation of Magazines & Books dedicated to the dance. Authors are present for the release and signing of their books and interviewed by ArtBurst Miami critic Orlando Taquechel. Book Presentations are open to the public and free of charge. In collaboration with Fundacion Apogeo, presentation of the “Vision 21-21”, a compilation of articles documenting the past four years of Miami’s arts world. The book includes interviews with ballet dancers, opera singers, actors and actresses, painters, writers and poets, both Cuban and Latin American, as well as reviews of books and ballet, opera and theater shows, conducted by the author from 2016 to 2020, illustrated with many color photos of the interviewees, the shows and the works of the visual artists that appear in the book.  Linden Lane Press – Editorial Apogeo

The XXVI International Ballet Festival of Miami that will take place from July 24 through Aug. 15/2021. The Festival consists of various gala performances bringing to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties over 100 Principal Dancers from the best companies around the world. The Festival has also evolved into a multidisciplinary event, presenting a rare Dance Films Series, cutting edge Art Exhibits Inspired by Dance, Book Presentations, Workshops and Master Classes and three weekends of performances LIVE at several Theaters and live streamed through our website
