National Dance Day

During Session A, families are invited to enjoy a special performance by the talented dancers of Chasse Dance Company in honor of National Dance Day! Children will also be treated to performances led by Capoeira Maculelê Decatur and learn about Capoeira – the Afro-Brazilian art form that combines dancing, music and martial arts – through a short lesson during Session B. Capoeira Maculelê Decatur is an award-winning Capoeira academy located in downtown Decatur that offers classes for children and adults.

Kids will learn about magnets and circuits.

Innovation Station

This new programming space allows kids to explore, learn about NASA engineer Scarlin Hernandez and gain hands-on engineering design experience by designing their own spacecraft!
