Have you ever wondered how the color choices you make in your interiors affect how you feel? Research shows that different colors evoke various psychological effects on the human mind, which can significantly impact our emotional and physical state within any environment. Today, the concept of color psychology has become very popular in art, design, and other areas of our lives that you may not have even realized. Join Luxe Interiors + Design Southeast Homes Editor Kate Abney as she sits down with Color Scientist Professor Stephen Westland, interior designers Melanie Turner of Melanie Turner Interiors and Tish Mills of Tish Mills Interiors, and Sanderson Design Group Creative Director Claire Vallis to explore the psychology of color, how the color-choices we make shape and express who we are.

Following the discussion, please join the panelists for a reception in the Jerry Pair showroom and preview Harlequin’s new Colour 3 collection inspired by the Silk Road. Melanie will be on hand to sign copies of her latest book, “Inviting Interiors: A Fresh Take on Beautiful Rooms.” Event seating is limited. Check-in begins 10 minutes prior to each event and seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
