Interested students can select preferences but Secretariat will decide final allotment.

The IP will build reports and caricatures of each committee

Terms & Condition -

• Final Committees and Country allotted in 2-3 days of paid registration

• Chairs are under selection for each committee. There will be 2 chairs (1 chairperson and 1 vice chairperson) for each committee.

• BGs and ROPs provided by chair are lived on site and also mailed to each and every delegate.

• Position Papers are lived.

• All paid delegates receive certificates. Winners too receive that.

• Everyone is mailed two days before the event code of conduct, event flow, requirements, etc.

• Delegates requirements – good internet connectivity and a laptop with video on.

Event schedule-

9am to 9:40am Opening Ceremony with Chief Guest Speech

9:40am to 9:50am Break

9:50am to 10am – Sending Chairs and Delegates to respective rooms

10am to 1pm – First Session

1pm to 1:20pm Break (no need to log out)

1:20pm to 1:30pm joining back

1:30pm to 4pm – Second Session with final verdict

4pm to 4:30pm – Results

4:30pm to 5pm – break and FG coordinating

5pm to 6pm – closing with result announcement by guest
