2021 Workshop on Botanical Embroidery with LED Lights

Experienced artist Haerim Lee will teach you how to use elements of nature and LED lights to transform your art into an elegant, embroidered masterpiece. The three-hour workshop will also teach students about the works of Meredith Woolnough and Kazuhito Takadoi, contemporary embroidery artists who are known for using natural sources and plant imagery in their works. All materials to be used are covered in the ticket cost and will be provided at the workshop.

Lee is an alumnus of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she got her MA and MFA. Since 2010, she’s been see throughout various art shows in Chicago and South Korea.
