With the ever growing surge of Ramen restaurants in Chicago, our group will have the opportunity to taste new and unique ramen from 4 local ramen specialty restaurants. After a successful ramen tasting at Kizuki Ramen, we will continue our quest with a visit to Ramen-san in Streeterville in April. Come try a fun ½ bowl portion of miso matzo ball ramen, a combo of Japanese fish ball soup and Jewish Matzo ball soup (which is only served at this location!) It is then on to Tanaka Ramen, where we will try the restaurants special Tanaka Red Miso Ramen, made with pork soboro, kikurage and spicy bean sprouts. Shared appetizers and cash bar will be available for all events. As an added treat, a member of each restaurant’s team will speak to our group about what makes their ramen unique. After each lunch outing, rate your ramen experience. We will tally all scores to find the quest for the best ramen! Save the datefor our final ramen event which will be held on Saturday, June 22 at Torino Ramen in Wilmette.
