The contemporary restaurant located within art and science-inspired Hotel EMC2 at 228 E. Ontario, the Albert, will be inviting guests to spend Thanksgiving indulging in a special menu featuring a variety of seasonal, globally inspired dishes. Courtesy of Executive Chef Larry Feldmeier, the family style dinner will boast delectable creations including a Roasted Beet, Fig and Endive Salad, Brandade with Confit Vegetables and House Rolls, and a mouthwatering Roasted Heritage Turkey served with Maple Glazed Root Vegetable, Pomme Puree and Au Poivre Sauce. Guests may enjoy their meal in awe of the utterly unique décor and experience that surrounds them, as the restaurant features over 12,000 carefully selected science novels lining the walls of the airy, double-height space and an inviting open kitchen concept. To finish off the holiday on the sweetest of notes, diners may indulge in the Pumpkin Cheesecake and Apple Pie.
