The Annual Great Highwood Pumpkin Festival and Skeleton Invasion

The Great Highwood Pumpkin Festival and Skeleton Invasion is the biggest outdoor celebration on Chicago’s North Shore featuring nightly lightings of pumpkin-filled walls
throughout the festival grounds, carnival rides, costume contests, trick or treating, a main stage     jam packed with live music and entertainment, downtown venues with entertainment for pub    crawling, hay rides, food and beverage vendors and so much more!


Celebrate Highwood is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity established in August 2016. Managed and operated by volunteers, its mission is to bring community together to raise funds for local and national charities. Through producing events that cater to the citizens, businesses and visitors of Highwood, Celebrate Highwood’s goal is to give back, build strong community spirit, and establish Highwood as THE prime entertainment destination for dining, festivals and events on the North Shore.
