This is an ONLINE EVENT hosted by Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago. Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with? Buddhist philosophy offers some clear methods for taking control back and realizing that we can improve our relationships with others simply by changing the way we view them. During this workshop we will practice some meditations that help improve the way we relate and respond to others, so we can be at peace regardless of how others behave.
