Death is unavoidable. Yet we can find meaning in it. Most people feel too busy or afraid to come to terms with their own mortality. But the tragic loss of life due to the COVID pandemic impels us to find answers to some of life's biggest questions:

+ How can we help others face death with greater peace of mind?
This morning workshop will include guided meditations, thoughtful perspectives from the Buddhist tradition, and opportunities for you to ask questions via livestream. Absolutely everyone is welcome.
