Children all over the world play music from the Anna Magdalena Notebooks. In this engaging Lecture/Demonstration Recital the Peoria Bach Festival presents the story behind these books. The program will feature excerpts from these books as well as portions of the transcription by Johannes Brahms of Bach's Chaconne in D Minor for Solo Violin, BWV 1004.
