Join the Silent Spring Institute for a two-hour LIVE Special Event - Gala for Prevention. Attend in-person or host a House Party and watch the live-streamed event with a small group of friends. The event will be hosted by Jim Braude and Margery Eagan from GBH’s Boston Public Radio and will feature a keynote address by internationally renowned leader in environmental health, Leonardo Trasande, MD, MPP, along with other celebrity guests. Gala for Prevention will also include an awards presentation honoring Attorney General Maura Healey with the Rachel Carson Advocacy Award, an exclusive live auction and live entertainment by Session Americana. Gala for Prevention promises to be a wonderful, passion-filled, interactive experience whether you attend in-person, or virtually.
