Founded in 1988 by Paul Newman, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp provides "a different kind of healing" to more than 20,000 seriously ill children and family members annually-all completely free of charge. For many of these children and families, Hole in the Wall provides multiple Camp experiences throughout the year at their facility in Ashford, Connecticut, in more than 40 hospitals and clinics, directly in Camper homes, and through outreach activities across the Northeast and mid-Atlantic.

The walk was founded by Donna Quitadamo, an elementary school teacher for 41 year, who shared her passion for Camp with many of her students and their families who became inspired to embark on various fundraisers and collected much needed items for Camp and the children that it serves.

Online registration is open. It's just $10 to register online at and set up your own personal fundraising page. Then, choose your favorite spot to walk or run for Camp on October 3rd at 10 am.
