Back Pain?
Neck Pain?
Tightness in the hamstrings?

Like a good yogangster, let's work on eliminating the common aches and pains. Because you deserve to live without them.

This 2 hour workshop will include therapy ball work for self-massage to release overworked muscle tension. A range of exercises will be introduced to increase mobility and range of motion. Together they help to reduce your pain, enhance your performance, and improve your posture.

We are proud to be supporting The Aaron E. Mastrorio Memorial ROTC Scholarship with this workshop for ROTC students at Worcester State. Aaron was a neighbor and the best friend of Kate's youngest brother. As children they were almost always stuck to the hip, but drifted away when they went to different high schools. He unfortunately passed away way too young during a training for the Army.

Our Goal is to raise $1,000 for this great cause. Help us achieve it!

SUGGESTED DONATION: $40, Donate $50 and receive your choice of The Roll Model® Method therapy balls (a $15 value)

"I really like your teaching style. I appreciate that you always demonstrate the poses, but then you watch the students to make sure we're doing everything safely. It makes me feel more confident in my practice. I also like that you know many of your students' strengths and weaknesses, and you give us individualized attention and feedback. It's helpful that you're knowledgeable but you don't take yourself too seriously. Your approach makes your classes accessible and not intimidating."

"After that class, it was the first time I wasn’t in pain for an entire week."
