This 2 hour workshop will include therapy ball work for self-massage to release overworked muscle tension. A range of exercises will be introduced to increase mobility and range of motion. Together they help to reduce your pain, enhance your performance, and improve your posture.
We are proud to be supporting The Aaron E. Mastrorio Memorial ROTC Scholarship with this workshop for ROTC students at Worcester State. Aaron was a neighbor and the best friend of Kate's youngest brother. As children they were almost always stuck to the hip, but drifted away when they went to different high schools. He unfortunately passed away way too young during a training for the Army.

Kate Hamm has over 15 years teaching fitness and yoga. She is certified in multiple modalities and weaves them into her classes with a focus on alignment and improved movement.
