Sincerely: The Musical Odyssey of an Original Moonglow follows the musical career of Harvey Fuqua, an original member of the seminal vocal group, the Moonglows, across five decades of soul music, from doo wop to hip hop, including his early interactions with renown disc jockey, Alan Freed, his stints at Chess Records, his first encounter with Marvin Gaye, His marriage to Gwen Gordy and the merging of Anna Records into Tri Phi Records, and his eventual hook up with Motown Records.
