Living Well with Chronic Conditions Workshop

Participants in this virtual class make weekly action plans, share experiences and help each other solve problems as they carry out their plans. Topics include nutrition, exercise, medication use, pain management, emotions and communicating with medical providers.

This "virtual" class will held via Zoom and hosted by two nurses. There will be an introductory session on June 9th where participants can meet one another, practice using Zoom, and receive support for technical challenges. Registration is reserved for Minnesota residents age 60 and above.
