1. Better sleep
* Breathwork paired with gratitude and visualization is a powerful combination. Rest easy knowing that you are safe, that your body is an intelligent organism capable of healing itself, and that you will one day die.

2. Natural stress relief
* Chronic stress is deadlier than COVID-19, I'll say it. Your mental health is more important than your! Your mental health is more important than your popularity! Your mental health is more important than your 401k! Heck, your mental health is more important than your dreams!

3. Improve exercise performance
* "Cardio sucks!" - those who were never taught how to breathe correctly. Run further, recover faster, increase endurance, prepare for's all right under your nose.
