Cary’s favorite BBQ Festival is back and better than ever and in its 16th year! This is a two-day event...Friday night, August 2nd 6pm-10pm and Saturday, August 3rd 12pm-6pm held at Koka Booth Amphitheatre. Enjoy all those pleasures that true Southerners live by - Beer, Bourbon, Barbeque, Boots, Bacon, Biscuits, Bluegrass and Smoked Beasts! It's a great night or day of beer sippin', bourbon tastin', music listenin', cigar smokin' and barbeque eatin'. Your Admission buys you a souvenir glass so you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CARE-TO-TASTE sampling of beer and bourbon. It’s time for a Meat Coma…featuring Exotic Smoked Meats…The Shrine of Swine that includes whole hogs and some surprises for each Session. Enjoy Seminars in the Tasting Theater with Master Distillers, Brewmasters and Pit Masters. Dance or Rock out to the bands playing your favorite tunes throughout the day. Browse brewerania, hot sauces and BBQ accessories.

Grand Poobah ticket includes both days, Friday Night VIP - 6pm – 10pm and Saturday VIP – 12pm-6pm. These limited tickets will allow guests to partake in both days and all sessions. In addition to all sessions these guests will enjoy a Goodie Bag of Swag (t-shirt, lanyard and more) with admission and Express Entry into the event, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited sampling of beer and bourbon, a dinner ticket for Friday night and all live entertainment. This ticket is available for one person for two days.
Friday VIP – 6pm – 10pm - This Friday Night Session offers an exclusive tasting experience where each guest will enjoy a Barbecue Dinner Platter, a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited sampling of beer and bourbon, and all live entertainment.
