Community School Wide Supplies Drive

COMMUNITY-WIDE SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE
Teachers at Lincoln Elementary and Belleville Elementary Schools always find themselves short of
supplies as their students return to school in August after the summer break. There are students in both schools who have extreme situations at home and are unable to arrive on their first day with all the supplies necessary to begin their school year. Often, the teachers reach into their own pockets to purchase the shortfall of supplies. Our goal is to help both students and teachers by meeting this need.
During the month of July, Woodburn Presbyterian Church (509 Village Road in Leland) is having a
COMMUNITY WIDE "SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE" to benefit these two schools. You will find below a list of
needed supplies that the teachers have prepared. If you wish to donate you may drop your items off
at the church FELLOWSHIP HALL located BEHIND the sanctuary beginning on Saturday, July 9th and
every additional Saturday during the month of July from 10 A.M until Noon. If you wish, proof of
donation form will be given to you at the time of donation. Items will be delivered to the schools during the first week of August.
We hope you will consider helping these schools, teachers, and students, as the new school year begins.
