Private Blending Session

During this event you will spend time developing your very own dry red blend from some of our wines in barrel. Your group will receive one-on-one training from our winemaker Ken Guliain, who will guide you through an in-depth training on flavor profiles. We will pull six to eight wines from the barrel for you to sample through and use to create your blend. This three hour session will include a guided tasting of the individual wines, recommendations and guidance on the blending process, and then actual blending of the wine. At the end of the session your group will vote on the best blend created and will submit their recipe to the winemaker. In the spring, when we blend our own wines, we will add yours to the list, bottle it, and ship it to you to enjoy throughout the rest of the year. Or, if you live nearby, you may choose to pick it up. Due to Covid restrictions this is a privately scheduled event and will be available by reservation only. There are only six sessions available so book early!
