UPWA presents Summer Showdown 2023/Where it All Began

The one, the only, the BEST pro wrestling on the East Coast returns to Wilmington on July 9th as UPWA presents Summer Showdown 2023/18th Anniversary Show.

In the Main Event, Heavyweight Champion Jake Logan will defend the title against Snooty Foxx

Logan has held the title for the last year, defending it against all challengers. Foxx has been racking up victories during his time in UPWA.

Can Logan retain or will the Snooty Era start?

Another match is between two men who were the best of friends now the bitterest of foes as Mark James will meet Victor Andrews 1 on 1. These two men rode up and down the road together until James slammed a steel cage door on Andrews head, ending his chance at regaining his title and the friendship as well.

Carolinas Champion Steven Strick will defend against Scotty Mathews and we will crown a new Lightweight Champion.

We will also be inducting a new member into the UPWA Hall of Fame
