Kundalini Yoga is an ancient form of yoga that combines body, postures, sound currant. breathing techniques, mudras, and body locks to awaken the dormant Kundalini energy at the base of the spine.
This workshop will run for six Saturdays beginning on February 22 - March 28, 2020 from 12:30 - 2:00.
A participant will learn the foundational elements of Kundalini Yoga and how it can support recovery.
