Active K-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administrators are invited to this professional development program exploring Lesson Three of the Museum of Jewish Heritage Holocaust Curriculum. This lesson examines Jewish responses to Nazi discrimination through the study of artifacts, photographs, and primary source texts. The program will include a lecture by Prof. Marion Kaplan, who will provide historical context on the subject. Following the lecture, Museum staff will lead a demonstration of the on-demand, interactive lesson for classroom use.
CTLE credit is available for this 1.5 hour program. This course is only for active K-12 teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administrators.
