The Gates Historical Society’s May meeting will be held on Monday, May 20 at 7:00 pm in the Gates Town Hall Annex.  Don Shilling, author and speaker, will present a program entitled “The Roaring Twenties”.  Come and learn about the many exciting events that took place after World War I, such as, the new dance called the “Charleston”, color film being invented and the passing of the 19th  Amendment.  This program is free and the facility is handicapped accessible.
