Come and enjoy the most unique gardens of historic Lebanon, Ohio. Shade gardens full of hosta surround the castle turrets at one spot. Walk the private park with a life size chess game, pond, and Hobbit dwelling. Check out the treehouse with a stained-glass window in a sumptuous woodland garden. Five private gardens and several public gardens including a pet cemetery, flower farm and lavender festival, and an ecological park are featured. A scavenger hunt includes eight stops on the tour and a chance to win a prize. Tickets to visit the Harmon Museum on the days of the tour are offered at a reduced rate. The gardeners are on hand to answer questions and share gardening tips. Come and be inspired to beautify your own outdoor living spaces. Enjoy the gardens and a bite to eat in our quaint town. The tour is 11 am to 5 pm each day and begins at the Lebanon Train Station. Rain or Shine. This is a driving tour but wear your walking shoes! Proceeds are used to support the historic train station and grounds.
