** Figure Section (Brussels, Belgium) **

Figure Section is an EBM / Synthpop / Cold Wave duo from Brussels, Belgium. Its protagonists are Austrian-French composer and vocalist Olivia Carrère - aka Olive - and Belgian producer Yannick Franck (RAUM, Orphan Swords).

Their first single 'Teutonic Knights', followed by their debut EP entitled ‘Spectre’ (released in 2020 on Berlin label Aufnahme + Wiedergabe) have subsequently generated widespread acclaim.

Their new album "Mirages" has been released in 2022 on Antibody label, delivering an impactful hybrid of taut minimal wave and heavyweight EBM.

Figure Section music is played by DJs in parties all over the world and several of their songs are already considered dark clubbing classics.

"The pair deftly mixes echoes of 80s past into a vessel of existential woes and insane passions, to create, through menacing electronics, cold danceable rhythms, dangerously lush melodies, a distinctive yet familiar noir-ish icy synth sound."

** Bloom Offering (Portland) **
Bloom Offering is the solo industrial project of Nicole Carr.

** Lucia Luna (Portland) **
Portland-based vocalist and musician Lucia Luna, is an artist with many talents. Already part of the electro-rock band, We Are Like The Spider and the dance-pop outfit Unicorn Domination, her soulful and unique voice hypnotizes the listener while her music crafts an ethereal world made of electronic soundscapes and orchestral vibes.

She gives us a sonic reality rooted in elegant but affirming motifs via sound manipulation and skillful textures upon which she lays her vocals. Contemporary electronic music, classical vibes, beautiful melodies and crawling rhythms combine in a seductive pattern.

Now she debuts as a solo artist with the 5-track EP Hunting Midnight on Berlin-based techno/experimental label Occultists, offering something really new and personal going beyond dance music and touching the inner chords of the listener.
Her sound is informed by electronic melodies without sounding retro or old, instead of the usual 80's throwback we have here a modern piece of music.

With a background in post-punk, no wave and related '80s alternative and DIY punk movements, she combines sounds with rebellious spirit, nostalgic melodies, and avant-garde genre-mashing that stimulates bodies into movement for a cathartic and heavy dance music experience.

She is currently host of weekly club night Strict Tempo, where she books an international selection of dark electronic artists, and is also known for her post-punk/obscure '80s wave radio show Secret Meaning of Things at KHUH 104.9 FM since 2011 (currently on hiatus), shortlisted for Best Music Show - Alternative in the 2018 Mixcloud Radio Awards. She has been featured in Mixcloud's 'One to Watch' series as a "post-punk extraordinaire". She is also a former music columnist for Seattle alt weekly the Stranger, and occasional contributor to In 2017, she was inspired to mix her underground '80s sounds with techno and electro, and is now focusing on making club sets for dark and dungeonesque dance floors.
