This combination workshop for the general public and attorney CLE will cover an overview of the assessment process in Allegheny County, and will discuss when you should consider filing an assessment appeal and demonstrate how to file assessment appeals. We will conduct a mock hearing to demonstrate the various issues that are commonly raised at assessment hearings. We will also discuss the appeal process to Common Pleas Court and comment on the current law suit involving common level ratio.
