Gear up for adventure! Outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers and adventure seekers of all ages are invited to experience the inaugural Chattanooga Outdoor Festival, hosted by Outshine Adventures and Nomad be Happy, on Saturday, April 6th, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This exciting event, sponsored by Rock Creek and Roamstead, will celebrate the diverse outdoor recreational opportunities Chattanooga has to offer, with activities, vendors, demos, live music, beer garden, food and more!

Nestled in the heart of downtown Chattanooga in the newly renovated Choo Choo Gardens, the Chattanooga Outdoor Festival will be a vibrant hub for outdoor enthusiasts and the outdoor curious to explore new hobbies, discover local businesses, demo the latest gear, and connect with the community.

Event Highlights:
Outdoor Vendors + Conservation: Explore a diverse array of outdoor vendors showcasing the latest gear, apparel and products carefully crafted to elevate your outdoor experiences. Discover local guide services and outfitters for you next outdoor adventure while learning about the conservation and nonprofit organizations that protect the wild spaces Chattanooga cherishes. From sustainable outdoor essentials to sustainable outdoor recreation, you'll find everything you need for your next adventure. Vendor area sponsored by Rock Creek Outfitters.

Interactive Activities: Discover a new outdoor hobby and engage in exciting, hands-on activities led by local experts that put your outdoor skills to the test. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or a newcomer, these interactive sessions will inspire and educate, offering valuable insights and skills.

Live Music and Entertainment: Groove to the rhythm of live music performances throughout the day. Local talents will bring a mix of genres, creating a lively and festive atmosphere that perfectly complements the outdoor celebration.

Food and Beverages: Savor delicious food and refreshing drinks from local vendors while enjoying the festival atmosphere. There will be a beer garden sponsored by Roamstead and a Cocktail Trail with Gate 11 Distillery. Food provided by Clever Alehouse and Bitter Alibi.

Kids' Zone: Keep the little ones entertained with fun activities and games designed to spark their love for the outdoors. White Oak Bicycle Co-op will host a bike drive and kids bicycle course.

Educational Workshops: Learn new skills and gain valuable knowledge from expert-led workshops on topics like camping, hiking, paddling, backpacking, and conservation.

Giveaways: Don't miss your chance to win exciting prizes and giveaways throughout the festival. One lucky attendee will win a weekend campervan rental and vacation package to explore Chattanooga's vibrant outdoor scene! Must RSVP here, check in at the festival and be 25+ to be eligible to win. Sustainability and Stewardship: With the help of New Terra Compost and conservation forward community partners, this event will be low waste and to further our efforts of being good stewards of the environment. The event organizers will host a litter clean up the following day at Harrison Bay State Park.
