Many people think they can't meditate or feel limited in their ability to improve their mental focus. Buddhism offers a complete set of instructions on meditations which are practical and suitable for everyone. You can learn how to get going, make progress, and even how to perfect the art of meditating! 

We will explore:

  1. The four-step process of meditation

  2. The three main obstacles to concentration

  3. Remedies for these obstacles

  4. The qualities of attention and mindfulness

  5. Six supportive conditions we can create for improving our focus

Gen Menla will guide mediations and give advice so that you can feel confident to create a clear and positive state of mind!

We invite new and old meditators alike to this special mini-retreat!
